Relaxed culture,Compensation(they claim what they give !!),Stock options(stock performing really well),Good appraisals,Transparency,Cutting edge technology,work life balance,expanding,good portfolio of chips.

Cons

Sometimes repetitive work but this depends on the mid level management,Highly demanding place so some people may find it difficult to cope up.

Zero work life balance, reducing benefits (RSUs), no corporate wide bonus plan and is left to discretion of manager. If this continues, all great guys are bound to leave this company.

The option to work from home is great especially when it helps to improve productivity and to reduce time wasted on public commute. - Many opportunities to be involved with projects and to learn. There is a role to be filled on each project and there are opportunities for one to step up to fulfill it. - Many learning opportunities with the online training provided. An extensive online training is available for engineers to learn about the latest in technological developments. - Dental & health care.

- The opportunity to branch out from a technical path of career appears to be limited. - There might be room for improvements on the renumeration front.
