Work Environment is great. Smartest people in industry. Good opportunities to innovate and achieve. Unlike other semiconductor companies, you get actual ownership for your work. Absolute cutting edge work.

Cons

Inter department transfer is not easy, this may lead to saturation if you work long enough for same technology .
