- The company overall does a good job in the competitive semi-conductor market - There is a lot of freedom and flexibility to do your own design

Cons

- Work can get quite repetitive at times - Not a lot of flexibility to learn new things and move around different projects - Technical/Management growth is slow

Comfort working environment. The IT, CAD, and HR are very helpful and supportive. Nice colleagues.

Cons

Product schedules are usually tight, so you do not have much time to think. Not many opportunities of technical growth.

Cons

Annual review budgets are very constrained . This is the story every year. Stocks comp reducing every year. no Stock options
