Pros

Pay is somewhat competitive with local businesses and time off is decent.

Cons

Typical growing tech company that has slowly become consumed by corporate greed. Benefits/job/training continue to get worse as the stocks climb higher than ever before. Management refuses to acknowledge any of their own wrongdoings and continues to gaslight employees to manipulate to their narrative. Not worth the stress and the constant office politics backstabbing.

Still have a job, decisions are still being made

Cons

The company makes decisions too quickly, which has led to a lot of back and forth on their decisions, causing us to lose customers and ruin our reputation. When they acquired us, they also immediately removed DE&I, along with other things that have really ruined the company culture.
