      RSUs are apparently fairly generous

      The one and only concern is the share price; it should be an important, likely top priority, but should NOT be the only one. It is being run in very much a private equity model. RTO was decreed with no explicit reason given, indicating either complete lack of trust in employees or a desire to get people to quit without offering severance.
