Cons

Catastrophal mis-integration of Symantec into its own division. No welcome culture. Company fights hidden and openly against employees and workers council. The agressive GTM strategy disappoints customers and partners.

Healthy RSUs if you stay long enough to benefit from them

Cons

Employees are undervalued and this is reflected in benefits. In Europe for example, Broadcom does not provide any maternity, paternity or adoptive benefits other than your statutory entitlements. Very flat management structure with senior approval required for the simplest of things.
