      Pros

      Very nice and knowledgeable colleagues, very high work ethics

      Cons

      Only 50% of the employees get bonus, too micro management by the top management (VP level), no work life balance, very high work pressure, no promotion

      Decent company to work for, but over the years, perks and compensation are slowly disappearing. So are the good people.

      Pros

      Good work environment with balance with OK work-life balance . Salary and benefits are decent. Provides good exposure to latest technologies.

      Cons

      Investors and executive compensation come first. Perks and overall compensation are slowly disappearing for management and lower. Unlimited vacation policy is just wrong.
