      Pros

      Salary and Benefits are market based usually although engineers and others who have upper level managers go to bat for them can get their salaries increased ( as incoming employees). They will tell you that there is no negotiation but that is not true.

      Cons

      Company is really not interested in people once they get you in the door. This is very disappointing as an HR person. Not at all the kind of Company I thought I was joining. Once they get you in you are nothing but a "tool".

      they tend to pay a bit higher than the average company for the same type of work but will expect more as well

      Cons

      lots of politics among middle management in a variety of business units and most managers tend to manage up rather than down
