      Pros

      -Pay can be very good depending on your role and comparable to high end tech companies like Google, Meta etc -Flat hierarchy: vmware had too many managers slowing down business decisions

      Cons

      -Everything else is a con. There is no organizational culture here, you are working in a sweatshop where management expects you to lower your head, and just work because you are getting rich in paper. If I could describe the environment, it is full of fear, confusion, sadness, hostility and quiet overall. -Poor communication -Constant layoffs -No WFH -Old traditional man managing the corporation

      worst management in hyderabad. dummy managers, they dont know technology, rely on leads, some bad leads try to save their position by undershowing the team to avoid competetion
