Very different from VMware culture, (where I come from). No frills, no snacks in the office, no mugs for your coffee/tea. You get the idea.

Cons

VMware had a great culture, but working for Broadcom, I can see it is different. Broadcom doesn't share the same values; it is more driven by money/revenue than solutions.
