      - Flexible work hours - Gym

      - Manageability team was led by a tired, uninspiring, outdated Sr Director - They prefer only Indians in Manageability/BNA group. Others are driven out through hostility - Worst group ever - Long hours, come home and get on to calls with India every single day

      Great people to work with. They have strong brand recognition and have developed and continue to release solid products. Strong OEM alliances with a mature and experienced management team.

      Cons

      I found there to be few opportunities for advancement. Because many sales positions are remote, it is difficult to gain recognition at corporate levels.
