      Great benefits including volunteer time off and work from home opportunities, above average pay

      Cons

      IP business broken up and being divested, CEO turned company from a customer/employee driven company into a typical corporation where it's all about the stakeholders = shareholders, some positions where 24/7 availability is now required, subjective review process

      Pros

      Small enough networking company with decent technology, engg and portfolio of products. Good company work culture, work-life balance, salary and benefits. Supportive environment.

      Cons

      Politics across business units, leadership absent and misaligned, caused lot of churn. CEO didn't make much effort to draw on the strengths of the portfolio and build culture of collaboration. Instead bailed out to make money for himself, board, and shareholders at the cost of employees and future of the technology.
