      Pros

      Good people, good work life balance. Worked with some amazing people early on in my career, sadly a lot have left

      Cons

      Professional growth can be a bit slow. Open communication is sometimes missing from executive management. The "Why" for projects is sometimes not clear. Telecommuting options are limited.
