      Work culture and the quality of work

      Pros

      Relaxed work culture. Not many rules.

      Cons

      Cafeteria does not have food all the time. Quality of food stocked is also bad. The work here is not challenging at all. There is not much work most of the time and when there is, it is not challenging. Also, the code base is not well tested. The quality of code written at least in my team was of inferior quality.

      Pros

      Good innovation, rapid prototyping, learning on the way. Helps in trying out new things, check feasibility of existing solutions, quick decision making.

      Cons

      decisions made earlier at the beginning of development life cycle are hard to change. Willingness to accept others opinions in the later part of cycle is minimal. Follow-up on decisions made is limited.
