      Pros

      Environment is not only conservative but very hip and trendy. Culture and people are great to a point where it feels like a second home. You have the opportunity to grow and best of all, you learn something everyday.

      Cons

      Besides great opportunities of volunteer work off campus, not much lively events. Also, would be nice to have a company year end party.

      Not really any cons to working here, company is growing but not really experiencing growing pains. Expenses are tightly controlled.
