      Brocade is a great company with good vision into the industry and the future of the company. Good pay, benefits, and work culture. Average age is 44, and employees work here for long periods of time and enjoy it. It is a great place to build a career.

      Cons

      Slightly below average compensation, and not a lot of opportunity for compensation restructure from a sales perspective. Traditional work culture, so more conservative and not always looking to break status quo. Moderate upward mobility within.

      great opportunity to grow. management helps you gain more skills so that you can be better at your job and move to senior leadership positions or get promoted. It is a fast-paced learning environment. you will need to spin MANY plates. However, you will be a more efficient employee.

      Cons

      EXTREMELY "CLIQUEY" very tight-knit group of people. If one does not like you, they will make sure you do not last at that job unfortunate....but true.
