      Pros

      Great people in the Minnesota office. Decent pay and benefits.

      Cons

      Leadership primed the company for sale by leaning out every organization to bare bones, as well as out sourcing. With Broadcom buying the SAN business and everything else being sold off to the highest bidder, who knows what will become of "Brocade". It's sad to see a company be victim of a sellout. Hopefully the IP side stays as one piece.

      Pros

      Brocade was a leader in 100Gbps Dual port ethernet and Software Defined Networking (SDN). Brocade data center ethernet has a great market share. Many smart people to work with. Decent compensation overall.

      Cons

      Culture at Brocade was often to take on too much work, not prioritize properly, overwork employees and try to do too much in very tight schedules.
