Pros
In my experience I feel that I am able to collaborate with all teams as required. Pay is good! benefits great! and I like the Idea of the Block leave concept as I can schedule my time off around those dates.
Cons
Not much opportunity to grow since the roles that I may be qualified for in an executive level do not appear to be posted when they do come available, then suddenly someone is a new Director or VP etc... That I know I could have done that Job and wasn't even considered. "I just didn't even know."
