      Challenging but fun.

      Pros

      Pays well. Compensation plan has gotten better over the years. Benefits are good and reasonably priced. Culture is overall fun. Headquarters has a cafeteria onsite and other good restaurants in walking distance. Onsite gym and wellness programs are great. Stock price is finally going up after being low for many years.

      Cons

      No bandwidth and very heavy workload. Expectations of output continuously increases with fewer people. Incentive plan has decreased over the years but still pays out close to target.

      Work/Life Balance is Good. Friendly co workers. Really innovative Technology. Lots of room for growing. Junior management takes good care of the employees.

      Salary structure could have been better.
