Pros
Brocade has lots of potential and traditionally has been a people focused company. In some of the businesses there is still a high value placed on being nimble and not putting in too many processes or structures that will slow things down.
Cons
Evolving changes will be good for the company in the long-run, but painful in the short-run. Some businesses act like this is a huge company and it takes forever to get things done. We could move faster if everyone played by the same rules instead of trying to get around the rules.
