      Pros

      Good Opportunities if you want to learn. You just need to grab it. Employees are generally good and talented and thus is benificial for your own growth as you tend to learn from them.

      Cons

      Compensation not that good. Quick release cycles, Work/Life Balance...Politics at higher management but I guess that is everywhere so can't do much.

      Pros

      Brocade Communications is a GREAT company to work for, especially for college grads. Great place to get your feet wet and lots of opportunity for Growth.

      Cons

      There are some managers that can be stuck in old traditional ways from former companies; As Brocade has aquired a few companies and brought the employees from that company over.

      Pros

      I worked there for two different roll. Overall friendly environment, competitive salary and work environment. Good training (training provider team is nice) if you are entry level engineer. Great place to learn.

      Cons

      Everyone wants to become manager. Not organized as I expected. No specific guide lines for new comers to start work on. Assigning all type of work to new comers so hard to catch up if you are not fast learner or just came out from school.
