      Pros

      Good technology. Good place for anyone who like fast innovation technology.

      Cons

      There were multiple management layers in Support. Most senior managers were clueless of what was going on on the floor, and micro-managing tech support engineers.

      Pros

      good campus. some excellent leadership. Great products. Incredible potential as a company. Opportunity for advancement but watch for political land mines.

      Cons

      They have lost their way but are not too far gone. Leadership needs a change. It is underway so there is hope.

      Pros

      There are workout facilities at each site and they offer yoga, kick boxing and additional classes, which helps get a person away from their desk and find time to relieve stress.

      Cons

      The work life balance is said to be a big priority but there have been reduction in force that workloads have increased and taking time off is not a reality.
