Great product and great people. Lots of freedom in how you manage your job. You are the CEO of your desk. Lots of room for advancement and learning new skill sets.

Cons

Employee moral has been down in the last couple of years and a lot of good people has left.

Made great friends there. If allowed to do you job for more than 6 months then you can get work done. Nice campus FC products are good Good layoff packages Chili cook-offs are fun

Cons

Management churn and the constant belief that the company will be sold off Strategy is changed every 6 months (even what's working) 1 step forward, steps back Ethernet products are only slooooowly improving. battle between FC which beings most of the revenue, Foundry Ethernet gear and Brocade Ethernet fabric - not helpful to the overall strategy of the company Inept marketing Inept support Culture used to be good, but has gone down hill - along with the focus of the company
