      1. SAN is always market leader. 2. IP is catching up. 3. Friendly environment with loads of work. 4. Management cares about you if you perform. 5. Green company. 6. cares about society( food drive, blood drive etc). 7. provides employess with vta passes, encourages bike to work etc. 8. Management listens and tries to keep you happy. 9. very nice place to young freshers.

      Cons

      Pay hikes are less. Can understand due to the recession and business. Good people are leaving. company should retain people. should come up with innovative products.

      Pros

      It was good to work with Engineering team, legal, finance. The brocade campus n buildings are nice n well maintained.

      Cons

      Lack of good managers, culture is very discriminatory, management encourages hostile environment, asked to treat the manager as spouse and agree to his wrong moves. Misrepresented the job profile.Lack of ethics! Too many unmarried/divorced cronies out there who just complaints about their lives and jobs n discusses other employees personal matters.overall not a good place to work!
