      Weak senior management. No facilities. Not even proper car parking.

      Pros

      The management was good. work atmosphre was family friendly. engineers were easy to talk with. You can ask anything in whenever you like. Can work from home too

      Cons

      Had to share the rooms, but that was fine. Not that big of a deal. Pay was little lower but if you do good you can get some good amount of bonus.
