      Pros

      Brocade is a very good place to learn the trade. The work is cutting edge and always pushing the limits of technology and it moves at a fast pace as well. For some one who wants to get hands on experience in their field, Brocade is a good place. Brand new campus with state of the art fitness center (really, its very cool)

      Cons

      - Heavy / constant work - Relatively large teams == slow growth. - Tiny office spaces in the new campus

      Pros

      Good pay to get people on board, excellent benefits Excellent time off policies, easy to transtion to new roles due to company focus shift

      Cons

      lack of direction in networking business, SAN is keeping the lights on but for how long...management is only reviewing salesforce.com and not taking any interest in customers
