Politics in between teams and products Lot of junk people hired in india in later years Company was sold to Broadcom for peanuts God knows the future of data center ip business

Pros

My colleagues have been excellent to work with - from SAN to IP networking to wireless to application delivery. Best work experience for me, and fantastic people. And we were all working towards a bright future...

Cons

Now broken into 8 companies. Broadcom's reputation is not good, but I do hope Broadcom look after the SAN business and support the remaining staff.
