      Pros

      Friendly environment to work and have fairly good gym classes free to employees.

      Cons

      Managers do not recognize hard work for employees that have been working there for a long time. Focal review is just a formality and no opportunities to move up.

      - Feels like two companies rolled into one. SAN switch and LAN switching. Synergies hard to see. - People can be. Stretched between too many similar products. Can be confusing and frustrating
