Pros
So far still has good compensation and the staff are very competent and creative. Offices pleasant to work in with good campus location. Still has reasonable mid to low-level jobs. They finally have enough space in the new campus.
Cons
New upper executives ransacking the company. New atmosphere thick with lack of trust. Extremely poor communication to upper staff with "do-as-you're-told" mentality. Projects dropped suddenly without any warning or explanations. Executives pushing out high-performing extremely well-respected seasoned experts to replace with so so performers from their own circles. Severe cutbacks in staff and funds while pushing for increased performance already leading to burnouts and project failures. Staff members, the best ones, are quitting in droves.
