Pros

Relevant and challenging work, even for bachelor students. Very international environment. Very good compensation (most interns in Geneva dont get anything). A lot of seminars and technical education in work time. Decide how to spend your days. Get to work at the forefront of science. Strong brand internationally.

Cons

Very focused on high turnover, doing a career is difficult.

- International and multicultural environment (with a large proportion of young people) - Good working conditions and infrastructure (lots of on-site services from restaurants to medical service, bank and post office) - Friendly atmosphere at work
