      Pros

      Very challenging and interresting job a lot to discover, being part of an internationnal effort to improve Science as a whole.

      Cons

      Need to be a physicist and have a PhD to have a real career opportunity.

      Pros

      Nice place to work, international environment, relaxed colleagues. Many positions related with new technologies and research. Flexible schedule, lots of holidays, excellent health insurance.

      Cons

      Much easier to get a job if you have been a student here before. Most of the offers are for only 2-year contracts, it is almost impossible to get a permanent position. High rotation of personnel given the type of contracts.

      Pros

      Great, very intelligent workforce, made up be a good mixture of PhD students, post-docs and professors. Beautiful place to work. Very close community. Lots of people to discuss ideas and problems.

      Cons

      Can be hard to make a significant contribution if part of a large analysis group. Long term employment (Lectureships) are scares Sometimes a few too many meetings.
