      Pros

      -The best is the amount of the vacation days -Competitive salary -Perfect location (a bit expensive but compensation is that you live near Alps, not far from Airport) -Possibility to learn have personal development (depends of the team)

      -Never know what waits you in future -Higher management is quite old and it feels like they not easily accepting changes -Technology is far behind from other organizations

      probably everything you could expect from public institution, lots of nepotism, most of the things around software engineering is way behind the private sector so there's not much innovations there in this area, quite bad working culture, lack of motivation, very poor management,

      you can be lazy all the time!

      Cons

      -lack of mentorship -no management - old school approach to employees, your boss needs to show you where is your place -a lot of internal politics and fighting for positions between people -super old software technologies -no professional development whatsoever - super bad working conditions - old building, old offices
