laziness around, extremely poor managment, old technologies, very old offices, nepotism everywhere, many positions are opened for particular people and recruitment itself is just formality because everything has been already decided before it even started, rasim - my supervisor openly talked about which skin color he would never hire

Nobody really cares about anything. Managment is terrible, I could say that it doesn't exist. Incredible nepotism everywhere. CERN is the most lazy working enviroment I had an opportuinty to work in (it's 5th compnay that I work for). People are having 2-3H lunch breaks during the day (apart from other breaks of course). Many reviews mention "Relaxed working enviroment" - yes, it's super relaxed, it's very sad because people in normal world have to work very hard while at CERN people have relaxed working enviroment for money of hard working people. It's very good money and a lot of social benefits for "relaxed working enviroment". It's a shame. Worst thing is that it's all done for public money. Somebody should really take a closer look at what's going on here but I unfortunetly doubt that it will happen.
