management outside of training is horrible. customers curse you out and hang up on you and you just have to take it. there's not allot of support once you're on your own.

Cons

Raises are metric based. Obviously deal with people screaming at you. Schedule can change and shift bids are done- rank schedule list according to preference and people are assigned their preference based on performance so you may end up with something random with no guarantee you can change it if it doesn't meet your needs.
