      - salary - benefits - vibe team and premisses - wfh

      Cons

      - In my team no one supported each other and people were only interested on their own goals and personal marketing. Coach clearly had no experience as a manager before. Despotism and favouritism. A shame as most of people in the organisation were super nice, I was unlucky with my team and had burnout after a month.

      Australian team was amazing, highly organized and dynamic approach to internal and external affairs, founders themselves were hands on

      Cons

      A bit of a challenge for introverts especially dealing with office politics, a group was hired altogether that their presence outnumbered the ones that were individually hired before them, no peer-to-peer review to make sure team members were feeling comfortable

      Great atmosphere, smart people, great product, good work/life balance

      Cons

      1) Very product oriented. Why it is a drawback? Because everything is concentrated on product/interface features. If you work on backend or infrastructure you are on the side of the world. 2) Exponential growth led to ineffective processes and infrastructure, infrastructure really sucks, pull requests can take from couple of days to several weeks to be reviewed. 3) Authoritarian people in tech management - even senior newbies are treated as grads, they will teach you from scratch not relying on your previous experience. 4) Flat structure, no career growth
