Pros

Amazing culture and driven team. Friendly and inclusive place, no big ego's and the companies priorities are clear to everyone and make sense.

Cons

Things move quickly at Canva and the leadership is not afraid to re-invent something that doesn't work or has hit it's local maxima. It is not the place for people who don't want to be pushed.

- The team is really smart and intelligent, but also really kind people

Cons

Not sure what to write here - we are growing very rapidly, which means we are having to grow, adjust and learn - but for the right type of person, that's an exciting challenge.
