      Pros

      - Founders, investors and team care about the mission, vision and employees are deeply and are focused on creating game changing products that have positive impact (rather than focus only on monetisation) - Product is growing insanely fast and users adore it (i.e. look at #canvalove on twitter to get an idea for yourself) - Huge opportunity to learn from some of the most talented people in the world (I mean this - across Engineering, Growth, Product, Content etc) - Perks are incredible, including in-house chef prepared food (breakfast, lunch), multiple celebrations and importantly a fantastic culture Very inclusive and welcoming company to work at.

      Cons

      Hardly any. Canva's rapid growth can mean there are challenges scaling as a company - but Leadership are putting measures in place to make sure we avoid many pitfalls other companies experience who've seen growth like this.

      * Great People * Great Food * Great Beer Normally this would describe a fun social event, but this happens everyday at Canva. In addition to all the 'perks', Canva also has: * Bold Mission * Great Founders * Great Tech Definitely the best place to work in Australia.

      Cons

      It is really hard to find anything to complain about. If you are on a diet, the temptations of all the food and snacks can be hard to resist.
