      You can work remote in certain positions, great communication, clear guidelines and KPI's. Fully recomended.

      Not sure if there is professional growth.

      Pros

      The people. The lunches. The founders. The clubs. But really, just been a fantastic place to work, and really enjoyed the work I'm doing so far and the people I've been working with.

      Cons

      Flat structure can also make organising things interesting at times; you're in charge of your work, and have autonomy, but some things could use some more direction. That's also from being on a new project, however, and we're working to get things better organised as well.
