* Great People * Great Office * Great Perks: breakfast, lunch, snacks (currently you get a daily stipend instead due to COVID) * Solving challenging problems in one of the fastest growing companies in history

* Salary is not as competitive as other places

Pros

At Canva you get to work on challenging problems with extremely smart people and the features you work on will be used by millions of people. Having lunch with your team mates is a great way to get to know everyone and the founders really care about making a difference.

Cons

It is a fast paced company and things change often. I wouldn't say this is a bad thing though. It keeps things interesting.
