      Pros

      I like Canva's culture here. It is so diversified and everyone can work in his/her own style. Working on cool stuff with a lot of nice and talented people. BTW, the in-house chefs are so good. Management team is very supportive.

      Cons

      Canva is still small, so sometimes you may have to touch some areas you don't know. On the other hand, that would also be a great opportunity for you to learn in new ares. So it may be a pros?

      - Opportunity to work with smart/talented people everyday - True sense of cohesion, while the company has grown immensely over the last 5 years, everyone is aligned with Mel’s vision, trying to deliver real value to Canva customers - Great work environment, breakfast and catered lunch provided everyday - There are so many new projects, you will find yourself an owner of a product or service much faster than is possible at most other companies

      Cons

      - Growing pains, there are many areas that lack a formalised process due to the growth the company has experienced - Some teams are not yet balanced with a dedicated product manger or backend resources. This may be exciting for employees with a cross-functional mindset, but is also frustrating for others who are masters of their craft
