Pros

The people. The lunches. The founders. The clubs. But really, just been a fantastic place to work, and really enjoyed the work I'm doing so far and the people I've been working with.

Cons

Flat structure can also make organising things interesting at times; you're in charge of your work, and have autonomy, but some things could use some more direction. That's also from being on a new project, however, and we're working to get things better organised as well.

Pros

Compared to the previous companies I've worked with, Canva has definitely been the strongest when it comes to upholding their vision and values in every aspect of what they do. They go above and beyond when it comes to providing a healthy and balanced work/life culture. At Canva, you are challenged and empowered to do your best work while at the same time enjoying a very flexible working environment.

Cons

If you're looking to rise up the corporate ladder where job title and status is important to you then Canva may not be the best fit. What makes Canva so different from other companies is that process and structure is very fluid, you need to be adaptable to change and willing to explore, experiment and work closely with others to achieve your best work at Canva.

Pros

Intelligent people, meaningful product, positive culture, delicious food.

Cons

Rapidly growing start-up that's in its "teenage years" means ill-defined and competing processes. Although, this can be seen as an opportunity to cultivate your ideal process.
