      Pros

      Work is light If your lucky, youll be surrounded by kind and supportive people They will not force you to go onsite Easy to ask for timeoff

      Cons

      You can’t really use majority of the perks because they have conditions It’s hard to switch pathways despite what’s advertised They’re not as giving as they were years ago

      Pros

      Inclusive and supportive culture, parent-friendly, mentorship, genuinely interested in developing my personal/professional goals, lovely offices, transparent management, trusting, smart and fun colleagues, inspiring CEO. Not to mention free gym, yoga, open restaurant every day, an incredible selection of food available whenever you like, great coffee, conference budget, craft beer on tap, sponsored beer club - so many clubs, great parental leave benefits, rock climbing wall, frequent events and celebrations...

      Cons

      As with many startups, the organizational structures in place are pretty loose - this personally suits my work style, but it's not for everyone. Everyone is figuring out stuff as we grow (so fast!) and it can be hard to feel on top of it all.

      Pros

      - Everyone's very flexible and open to suggestions. The "higher-ups" know how to listen to everyone. It's very easy to discuss things with people. - Work/life balance exists in Canva!! It's something that people really find important here. - Everyone's hard-working and driven to make things better for the product and for its users. - To sum up all the points so far -- Canva culture is amazing. - Plus points: free breakfast and lunch meals, cool office interiors!

      Cons

      - Sometimes there's miscommunication but that pretty much goes for every other startup out there. It's easily remedied.
