      Pros

      Free meals, snacks, drinks including coffee when onsite. Care packages when sick, birthday treats, fun clubs. WFH/Hybrid, equipment supplied. If you get a great coach you don't need to justify your leaves.

      Cons

      Pushing extra goals outside the usual goals that come with the job. Office politics have gotten stronger in the last few years. Local management seemingly performs in a very clique-ish manner.

      Cons

      Wants to empower good values but the politics inside is really suffocating. They want to have people with good conduct but some people don’t have it. In line and to clarify the recent feedback the current coach for Admin Support PH SEEs doesn’t promote having the good qualities that an employee should have. This coach promotes unhealthy gossip sharing, negative treatment towards other employees, and has bad attitude.

      Politics and favoritism from the upper management is evident. Inefficient policies, inconsistent decision makers. Illogical reasoning from the management. Too good to be true.
