Managerial support and advocacy for employees is rare, with self-preservation seeming to take priority. - Limited career growth - Few opportunities for advancement or skill development due to way the team is structured. - Below-market pay - Salaries, especially for recent hires, are not competitive. - Inconsistent performance reviews - The evaluation system is vague and applied inconsistently, with little accountability. - Layoffs - Despite revenue gains and prior promises to never have layoffs, layoffs occurred without clear, transparent communication to the global team.
