Additionally, the team is filled with highly skilled, creative, and hardworking people. Collaborating with such talented colleagues makes the work environment fun, but also encourages each other’s success.

Cons

Growth feels stagnant, and the opportunities for role changes seem almost nonexistent. Despite wanting to develop and explore new challenges, it’s incredibly difficult to move forward within the company. When it comes to addressing concerns or sharing how you feel, the response is often unsettling and met with false positivity. Even writing a review here already feels like I am doing something wrong.
