      Great culture, HQ fully stocked pantry with free breakfast and lunch, remote friendly 100% if you wish, 25 days leave (incl 5 flexi), ...

      Cons

      Very Very high expectations but the salary does not match. Lots of decisions require founders to approve, so takes time. Also means that your whole project can be shelved with their drop of a hat.
