Great company but not without flaws

Pros

• Diverse group of global employees • Focused work but plenty of opportunity to experiment or learn new skills

Cons

• Depending on the team, resources/support may be limited. Tend to feel like a 2nd class employee. • Leadership constantly changing leading to instability and lull periods. • Nepotism everywhere.

Pros

We are spoilt in so many ways. We have great benefits and we work with people who genuinely care. You'll also work on some of the most complex and interesting work out there.

Cons

This isn't a con but more something to be aware of if you're thinking of joining. Canva is a high-performance culture and you'll be working with high achievers so you have to be ready for the workload, delivery output, and fast turnaround times. The upside to this is you become incredibly organised, and resilient and you can tackle pretty much anything that is thrown your way. Amazing skills for future endeavors.
