A little too much aspiration, not enough pragmatism

There is a lot of ambiguity to manage and goal posts are often shifted mid cycle as business needs change. This is the nature of a company scaling as fast as Canva. If you are not an extremely autonomous person and able to prioritise well, you will likely struggle to keep up. Additionally, it is very difficult to break through the mid-senior level with very few roles available at the next level up. The spectrum of talent and experience at the mid senior level is wide which can be frustrating and confusing.
