      Pros

      Company values, ownership of work, free lunch, drinks and snacks, lots of swag, growth, and flexible work (doesn't matter what time your start/finish/breaks as long as your with is done).

      Cons

      If you are looking for an easy job, keep looking. Canva's pace is very fast (start-up style), if you enjoy challenges and solving problems, this is the right place for you!

      - Challenging work and very intelligent colleagues - Overall respectful group/super group - Fair work/life balance - Nice office for those coming in - Fun parties :)

      Cons

      There's external pressure, and sometimes you have to rush like crazy to deliver, and there won't be "thanks" until after it's successful (If it is)
