Aricent is a great place to work !! It provides healthy and flexible work environment and people at Aricent are very co-operative. Aricent takes care of its employees. You get to work on good and challenging assignments. You can discuss on various points openly with management team and it is good to work in such environment.

Good work in some projects. Challenging work.

Cons

no work life balance. Challenging work as schedules are tight due to poor estimation and need to take as much as work as possible to increase revenue. Difficult to grow after a level and difficult to have a technical vertical as it is a service based company.
